Our Services

  • MST Services

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is designed for young individuals, typically aged 7 to 17, who exhibit antisocial or aggressive behaviors, are at risk of being placed out of their homes due to delinquency, or are youths returning from residential placements. This program also addresses chronic or violent juvenile offenders, as well as those facing serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse issues, along with their families. MST employs an intensive treatment model grounded in empirical research and evidence-based methods, focusing on tailored behavioral interventions. The primary objective of this program is to support youth in remaining at home by providing intensive therapy directly within their home environment. Services are delivered through a collaborative team approach and include an initial assessment to identify intervention targets, individual therapeutic sessions for both the youth and family, peer support, case management, and crisis intervention.

  • Intensive In-Home Care

Intensive In-Home Services are tailored mental health services provided in the home, designed to meet the unique needs of each child and family. These services focus on crisis management, intensive case management, counseling, family therapy, and skills development. This time-limited service aims to help families and youth manage immediate crises, enhance coping abilities, and strengthen familial relationships.

  • In Home Therapy

In Home Therapy Services (IHTS) offers a blend of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and care coordination within the home environment for individuals with complex clinical needs that traditional outpatient services cannot adequately address in a limited timeframe. For some individuals, particularly those in high-risk situations—such as families experiencing domestic violence or those involved with child protective services—regular outpatient services are insufficient to meet their needs and prevent future crises. This program targets children and adolescents requiring individual and family therapy and care coordination due to intricate psychosocial circumstances or involvement across multiple systems.

  • Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient behavioral health therapy services encompass psychiatric and biopsychosocial assessments, medication management, individual, group, and family therapies, crisis psychotherapy, and psychological evaluations for eligible clients.

  • Community Support Teams (CST)

CST services involve community-oriented mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation, delivered through a team approach to aid adults in achieving their recovery and rehabilitation objectives.

  • Peer Support

Peer mentoring or coaching offers one-on-one support to motivate and encourage beneficiaries on their recovery journey. This includes helping individuals set self-identified recovery objectives, create recovery action plans, and navigate challenges related to recovery, such as securing housing, developing a support network, managing free time effectively, and enhancing job skills. Assistance is also provided for collateral issues such as legal matters or co-occurring physical or mental health conditions.

  • School Based Therapy

Our School-Based Therapy program aims to enhance access to mental health services, thereby improving students' emotional health and their capacity to benefit from education. These outpatient mental health services are provided by our trained clinicians and may include comprehensive clinical assessments, group therapy, family therapy, participation in team meetings, and crisis support.

  • Youth Diversion Program

Our Youth Diversion Program offers early intervention and support for at-risk youth in North Carolina. Through mentorship, counseling, and community partnerships, we aim to assist young individuals in building resilience, enhancing decision-making skills, and avoiding involvement with the juvenile justice system.
